CruiseClever, Terms Of Use

You must agree to the terms below in order to register.

CruiseClever offer you a free cruise service, which once registered will permit you to take control of your own free personal cruise journal, and permit posts to the Cruise Reviews and Ship Mates areas. You will be able to create your own CruiseClever cruisers profile, add your cruise itinerary, upload photos and make an unlimited number of posts. Please take a few moments to read the following terms and conditions that must be agreed to, before registering with CruiseClever:

(i) No obscene, racist or sexually explicit content is allowed. All posts containing any of the above will be deleted and your account will be cancelled;

(ii) Please use but do not abuse the free service, as it has been created and run by CruiseClever to help you to get the most out of your cruising, be it pre-planning, mid-cruise or post cruise;

(iii) Any data submitted to CruiseClever, becomes the intellectual property of CruiseClever;

(iv) We catagorically guarantee, that under no circumstances will we ever try to sell or distribute your personal details for financial gain. CruiseClever require your email address because its unique to you and as such the website system requires it to identify your free account. We have built the service so that you can hide your email address from public view;

(v) We catagorically guarantee that we will not use your email to try and sell you CruiseClever products, because there are no CruiseClever products;

(vi) Make as many posts as you wish. The more posts you make, the greater the information and reading for all the CruiseClever visitors;
