Nearby attractions include Earthquake Park, the Native Heritage Center, Eagle River Nature Center, the Eklutna Historical Park and Portage Glacier. Further afield you can take boat sightseeing tours via Seward of the Kenai Fjords National Park or Prince William Sound Glaciers or explore the Denali National Park by road or air.
